CONGRATULATIONS PRACTICE-A-THON PARTICIPANTS! As of May 1, 2007 you have raised $715.75 for the Choir School of East Texas! Three students received a cash prize of $25 each in the drawing at the Play-A-Thon at Tyler Piano & Organ Co. on April 6, 2007. Congratulations, Prize Winners: Jamie Apoderado Johannah Carmona Ravi Tata Mission for the ETMTA Practice-A-Thon: Throughout the week of March 25 - 31, 2007, ETMTA students will commit to daily practice. Our mission is to strengthen student's practice habits while supporting the Choir School of East Texas. The Choir School of East Texas' mission is "to use music as a positive intervention in the lives of youth through out-of-school arts learning, including vocal training, private piano lessons, and leadership development in children and youth grades 3 through 7".
