Lessons at the Shelly Davis Piano Studio include many "kid-friendly" incentives including fun music, theory games, and piano parties. Studies have shown that making music enhances a student's ability to process other information useful to their academic studies. I also believe making music enhances a student's confidence and self-esteem. My students may never grace the stage of Carnagie Hall, but they will learn to interpret and create beautiful music on their own, and gain a love for music as well as pride and self-confidence along the way.
